This experience allowed him to start this business and has been a driving force in the growth of GTMaritime over the past 25 years. With a proven track record of sustained year on year profit growth for a 25 year period.

Chris has spent his career in a range of senior positions in a wide variety of rapidly growing businesses. Since starting the position of MD Chris has successfully built solid foundations for the business which has already set the business on its new phase of growth.

Phil is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has over 15 years’ experience in senior commercial finance positions across varying industries with experience in improvements in financial controls and systems, business analysis, business integration and system implementation. Phil has been Head of Finance since October 2017, with responsibility of the financial, KPI and statutory reporting, budgeting, account management and receivables and payables management of GTMaritime.

Richard brings a wealth of leadership experience to GTMaritime, with over 16 years in the maritime industry and more than 20 years in senior management. As well as developing digital strategies and solutions in their own right, he has made a speciality of developing organisations to support implementation. Joining GTMaritime in 2022, Richard is responsible for overseeing the global sales and marketing network, focussing on business development.
